Logistic Statuses

This page provides a detailed description of logistic events and their reasons. The API returns the event ID in camelCase format.

Event ID Description Possible Reasons
created Package label has been created, but the package itself has not yet been received. -
sentFromShipper The package has been sent by the shipper and is on its way to the warehouse. -
rejected The package was rejected by the recipient or warehouse
  • extraLarge - Sorry, your package was rejected by the shipping warehouse due to the reason `The package is too large`. Please contact the seller and request a refund.
  • overWeight - Overweight
  • customProhibitedGoods - Customs prohibited goods
  • restrictionsOnTransportCategories - Restrictions on transport categories
  • cashOnDeliveryNotSupported - Cash on delivery not supported
  • packageDamaged - Package damaged
  • packageCanceledDuringInbound - Package canceled during inbound
  • packageCanceledDuringOutbound - Package canceled during outbound
  • packageCancelRemoved - Package cancellation removed
disposed The package was disposed of due to non-compliance, damage, or recipient inaction -
returned The package is being returned to the shipper -
received Parcel received at the overseas warehouse -
sent Parcel sent from the overseas warehouse to the destination country -
hold Customer requested to hold the parcel -
customsRefused The parcel was refused by customs due to regulation issues -
trucking Parcel is loaded onto a truck for delivery to customs for export processing -
domesticClearanceStarted Domestic customs clearance process has started in the origin country -
domesticClearanceFinished Domestic customs clearance process has been completed in the origin country -
departure shipment has departed from the origin country and is in transit to the destination -
inTransitCountry Shipment is in a transit country, awaiting further transportation -
landed Shipment has arrived in the destination country -
destinationTerminalProcessStarted Terminal procedures have started in the destination country -
destinationTerminalProcessFinished Terminal procedures in the destination country have been completed -
destinationClearanceStarted Customs clearance has started in the destination country -
destinationClearanceFinished Customs clearance has been completed in the destination country. -
destinationSorting The parcel has arrived at the sorting hub in the destination country -
transitToServiceCenter The parcel is on its way to the service center for final processing
  • inTransitForSelfPickUp - The parcel is on its way to the service center for self-pickup.
  • inTransitForHomeDelivery - The parcel is on its way to the service center for home delivery.
takenForDelivery The parcel is out for delivery to the recipient's address -
delivered The parcel was successfully delivered
  • selfPickUpPoint - Picked up from self-pickup point
  • homeDelivery - Delivered to home address
deliveryFailed Delivery was unsuccessful, and the parcel is being returned to the warehouse -
inWarehouse The parcel is in the warehouse, awaiting final delivery to the recipient -
arrived The parcel has arrived at the service point and is ready for collection
  • arrivedForSelfPickUp - The parcel has arrived at the pickup point and is ready for collection.
  • arrivedForHomeDelivery - The parcel has arrived at the distribution center and is being prepared for delivery.
confiscated The parcel was not collected and has been handed over to the government or sender -
refused The recipient refused to accept the parcel -
lost The parcel was lost at some point during transportation
  • packageLostOverSeas - Package lost overseas
  • packageLostInDestinationCountry - Package lost in destination country
found The parcel was located after being previously marked as lost -
damaged The parcel was damaged or broken during transit -
compensated The parcel was deemed lost or damaged, and compensation was issued -
notCompensated The parcel was deemed lost or damaged, but no compensation was provided. -
other The parcel has an undefined status. Additional details will be provided with a reason or message
